We are expanding our team and seeking reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded professionals to join our growing family. With a large modern fleet of Schwing boom pumps and line pumps, we deliver exceptional concrete pumping and placing services across Southern California.

Open Job Positions:

• Concrete Pump Operators (Boom & Line Pumps)
  • Prior experience operating concrete pumps preferred
  • Valid CDL required (or willingness to obtain)
  • ACPA certification a plus
  • Ability to work early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends
• Concrete Finishers
  • Experienced in concrete finishing for slabs, driveways, patios, and structural pours
  • Proficient with hand tools, power trowels, bull floats, and edging tools
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, curing methods, and proper finishing techniques
  • Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
• Pump Truck Drivers / Operators
  • Clean driving record and valid CDL
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
• Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Maintenance Technicians
  • Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, and concrete pumps strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform repairs in the shop and in the field
• General Laborers / Yard Support
  • Entry-level opportunities for motivated individuals
  • Hose handling, equipment setup, site cleanup, and general support
